Buckskin mine, Luna Co.

A fellow from Holland writes for help on an email list I get. He says he has a thumbnail specimen with very flat rhombohedron colorless, transparent calcite crystals 10 mm across on a nondistinct very pale blue crystalline matrix. The label states "Buckskin Mine Luna Co, NM" Then he says he can not find any reference to such a site or the nearest town. Can anyone help?

As the visitor to Easter Island answered when asked what he liked best about the monolithic statues, "Can I take my pick?"
